Sales

Now, how does it work ?
All sales take place online in what we call "Sales" - These are the boxes you see in the main page. Click on any of them to discover a treasure trove of brands and items. Each event lasts for 5 days (sometimes we prolong the awesome-ness to 7 days), and during that window, you will have the opportunity to make a purchase.

Why only 5-7 days ?
We don't believe in procrastinating. Plus, what's shopping without a little excitement ?

 

Shipping

How much do I pay for shipping ?
Kwerkee offers flat-rate shipping per order:

  • Singapore : SGD 5

I want my item pronto. When is it coming ?
We tried to attach prosthetic wings on the delivery men. Let's just say that didn't turn out too well. While we're working out the kinks, they will get to you as fast as their little legs can get to you! That means 3-7 working days (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

We deliver from Monday to Sunday at these times:
9am to 1pm local time
2pm to 6pm local time
7pm to 10pm local time

 

No Custom Duties and Taxes !

What are Custom Duties and Taxes ?
Custom Duties and Taxes are import taxes and duties calculated according to your shipping destination. Most products are delivered internationally on a Paid Custom Duty (PCD) basis.... etc etc.

You only need to know this: We absorb all Custom Duties and Taxes for you.

What does it mean for me ?
No confusion, no surprising extra costs and a streamlined, hassle-free experience. Ace !

 

Credits

Wait so, what are kwerkee credits ?!
Well, kwerkee credits are our little way of saying we like you, alot. Here at kwerkee, credits are as good as gold! 1 kwerkee credit is equivant to 1 dollar in your country's currency! It's like free money and let's get real for a second, noone says no to free money. This includes credits earned via promotions.

How can I get my kwerkee credits ?
They say that the best things in life are free. So from time to time, whenever we feel generous, kwerkee will automatically deposit credits into your account, no strings attached! Keep your eyes peeled for these promotional periods!

Send an invitation to your friends to join kwerkee and you can bet we'll notice! The more friends you invite to sign up as members, the more credits you'll receive. Good things may come to those who wait, but better things come to those who do!

Oh hot fudge! I haven't used my credits yet, will they expire ?
As much as we hate to say it, all good things must come to an end. Referral credits will expire 60 days from the time it is deposited into your account ie. when you have achieved the status of Kooki Champ and Prime Crackerjack under the friend referral tier. Promotional credits will expire depending on the promotional periods subject to terms and conditions.

The kwerkee exchange (KKX) is our version of the stock exchange. Just like how the stock exchange imposes rules and regulations, the KKX also has its own terms and conditions. Get a hold of how you can spend your credits below !

  • Credits cannot be used on orders subtotalling less than SGD 50
  • A maximum of 20 credits can be used on orders subtotalling SGD 50 - 99.99
  • A maximum of 40 credits can be used on orders subtotalling SGD 100 - 199.99
  • An unlimited number of credits can be used on orders subtotalling SGD 200

 

Payment

How can I pay ?
Options abound! We take all Credit / Debit Card, PayPal, Credit Card Installment (UOB: SGD 300 or more in a single order. OCBC / HSBC / Citibank / Maybank / SCB / CIMB: SGD 500 or more in a single order)

Can I redeem my Reebonz Credits for my purchases on Kwerkee ?
Unfortunately, you won't be able to redeem your Reebonz credits for your purchases on Kwerkee.

 

Orders

Can I change my order after confirmation ?
Because we work so quickly to ship your order, it is not possible to alter it once it's been confirmed into our system.

Here's your best bet - Check, check and check before you confirm the purchase.

 

Packaging

How will I receive my item ?
Stuffed in any ol' envelope, one that is most likely stained and crumpled.

No, we kid! All items will be delivered in our trademark carriers - beautifully-decorated boxes that have a whole lot of swag! These boxes are perfectly re-usable for future birthday presents.

 

Returns & Exchange

ROAR! This is not what I ordered !
Whoa, hold your horses. We're serious about providing you excellent quality products.However, if we slip up and you get an incorrect or defective item, return it to us within 14 days upon receipt of your order. Here are some guidelines:

• Items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
• Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
• Items purchased as part of a set or multi item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
• There will be no returns for intimates, undergarments and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
• This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Nonexchangeable and Non-refundable on Kwerkee.com
Following a review, we will:
• Replace the product with a new item of the same design and model, or
• Refund in cash.
...And all will be well again.
